Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days unless item is out of stock which we will advise the customer.

We send most of our domestic packages using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail with a usual delivery of 2-5 business days from the date shipped. Larger orders may be shipped UPS “Ground” with an estimated delivery of 1-7 days depending on destination.

• Domestic Orders – The shipping fee      for domestic Orders is calculated based on the weight and size of the      package and the destination it is being shipped to. Large orders will be      shipped through UPS Ground.
• International Orders – The shipping fee      for International Orders is calculated based on the weight and size      of the package and the destination it is being shipped to.

Returns and Exchanges

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can contact us at sales@outlawthreadz.com and we will replace or refund the item.

All return items must be NEW and UNWASHED. Any item returned that has been worn or washed will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Items must be Approved by Outlaw Threadz before it is shipped back. If you ship an item back without first contacting us, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

All returns must be claimed within 10 days of purchase.

All clearance items are non returnable unless it is faulty and has been approved by Outlaw Threadz Inc.
